About

For several decades, Keith Scribner and his wife Leilani, have been a leading force in Spokane, Washington, investing in commercial real estate through privately held investment companies. Guiding Scribner Investment Companies as principals, Keith Scribner and his wife Leilani have spearheaded over a hundred commercial land and retail projects. Completed in 2013, Division Street Place Retail Center encompasses nearly 9,000 square feet and was already 70 percent occupied when opened to the public. Through the investment company Cornerstone Equities LLC, two additional commercial development phases are planned and will incorporate an adjacent 60,000 square feet of property.

Maintaining a strong connection to the Spokane community, Mr. Scribner has acquired a significant private parcel within the historic Greenwood Cemetery and plans to create a rock gazebo and add rock entryways with wrought iron gates and rock walls on the cliff edge of the acreage. The finished parcel will serve as a private family burial estate. The first to be transferred and interred there (with full military honors) will be his late father Sergeant Eugene Francis Scribner, a decorated Korean War veteran. Keith and Leilani Scribner enjoy family activities in their free time. His wife Leilani Scribner is originally from Hawaii. In 1999, their families joined and celebrated their wedding vows at Calvary by the Sea Lutheran Church in Honolulu HI. Their reception was celebrated in the Grand Salon at the Moana Surfrider, where world renowned Paradise Cove Luau, known for being the best Luau in Hawaii, performed a rare private Hawaiian Luau during the reception. Leilani plays an integral role in their investment properties and holds executive responsibilities with the Scribner Investment Companies.
